Pull List March 6th

File Under Comics

A nice small haul this week with just four issues. It may not be the biggest, but it's a solid collection of issues that all have me looking forward to reading them. The only problem is deciding what to read first. Sometimes I just look at them over before reading. Partially to decide what to read first and partially to make the experience last longer. I think this will be one of those weeks.

All-New X-Men #8

This is my favorite X-Men book right now. The artwork and story are fantastic and I love that they brought the original 60's crew into the series. I'm looking forward to this issue as the Avengers are guest staring alongside the X-Men.

Superior Spider-Man #5

I'm surprised how much I enjoy this series. I haven't been into reading Spider-Man for years. It was the concept that got me started with this series and I'm very happy I did. It's been excellent so far and I think it's only going to get better. Especially with the title 'Death Sentence' and a description that asks 'How many have to die before the Superior Spider-Man will kill a super villain'. If that doesn't pique your interest, I don't know what will.

Snapshot #2

I wasn't in love with the first issue but the great cliffhanger ending and fantastic art has brought me back for another read. This is just a 4 issue mini series so it doesn't require a major commitment. I do enjoy reading comics that have an actual ending. I will likely be reading this to the end.

Helheim #1

I absolutely love the Sixth Gun and Helheim is a new series from the same writer. So I'm willing to read at least an issue or two of any of his work. This book takes place during the age of Vikings with witchcraft, night creatures and the unread thrown in for good measure. I have high hopes for this to be another successful series for Cullen Bunn.
